Administrative Services:

 The knowledgeable administrative staff at Heli-Logistics will assist clients with the creation and filing of Purchase Agreements, Aircraft Leasing documents and Aircraft Bills of Sale.  Other services include the preparation of Financial Forecasts and Aircraft Evaluations to secure bank loans.  The administrative department can assist in the preparation of proposals and bids for submission to various public sector departments (ie United Nations). Positive business relations with Transport Canada and FAA representatives, provides for easy and efficient submissions for Export C of As, Aircraft Importation and C of As, STC Applications; and Flight Manual and ICA preparation for major modifications. Customers are encouraged to express their administrative needs. Every effort will be made to provide the customer with knowledgeable and efficient solutions.
